Wajir South Petition: What's the truth?.....

For the past few days this site had been recieving posts from its members about the Wajir South petition case which had dragged on for a long time.
However, reports recieved so far gives a contradicting two sides of the ruling made on the petition at the high court with one group claiming Mr Dayow won the case and votes recount to start soon while the others are saying the case was thrown out and that Mr Olow will continue to be the area MP till atleast the next General election.
If any of you got good fair report, please do send us with proofs from well established newspapers.
Also, we as the moderators of this site are trying our best to creating a forum where members of NEP and especially Wajir Southerners to share news, information, ideas and expertise in a very friendly and civilised manner. Your contributions on all above matters are highly welcomed.
